My work has moved from telecommunications operations in Malaysia, through training and programme management in Mauritius, to SME development and digital transformation. Since 2018 I have reviewed and assessed more than two hundred technology-enabled transformation projects, which is where most of what I believe about readiness comes from.
Today my attention is on one question: what has to be true inside an organisation, especially a small one, before artificial intelligence creates value there. That is the subject of my doctoral research and of most of the writing on this site.
